Delete your Lova account

You can request deletion of your Lova account and all associated data at any time, in two ways:

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

1. Open Lova and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period.

Option 2 — by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@ulsteinmedia.no from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, with no retention period:

• Your login and profile
• Your wedding workspace — couple names, date, location, budget total
• Every task, guest, budget line item, and vendor you added
• Your wedding day schedule and any RSVP links generated from it
• Any feedback you sent us through the app
• Any AI assistant request history tied to your account

If you shared your wedding with a partner, deleting your own account only removes your login and personal data — it does not delete the shared wedding workspace unless you are the one who created it.

What is not affected

Guests who RSVP'd through your wedding's RSVP page keep no separate account of their own to delete — their response is part of your workspace data and is removed along with it. Purchase records held by Apple or Google for tax and legal purposes are retained by them independently of Lova, per their own policies.
